学生有被尊重、
被表扬、被招供的需要
在写功课时，但愿得到老练的表扬和饱读吹，这是学生精神上的需要。如若精神上的需要弥远得不到知足，他们就会产生悔过的想想。
老练针对不同的学生过火功课，在不同时局所作的考语可引发学生的学习心情，让优等生更进一竿，使中等生改正舛错、阐发优点，使暂时逾期的学生能克服懦弱心情，建造信心。是以 对优等生的功课表扬中要有指正，老练可通过考语向他们建议更高条目。举例：
It's good to be correct.It's also important to be creative.

对中等生的功课要负责评价，在考语中要多督促。举例：
You had better be more careful!Pay more attention to the tenses.
Your work is quite good
except for a few spelling mis- takes.
Keep it up.Remember that little by little one goes far.
关于差生的功课要多点激励，暖和地指出失实的同期，也要指出他的优点以资饱读吹。举例：
Lily,I like your handwriting very much although there are some mistakeshere.I am sure you can correct them.
Bill,I think you can do better if you work harder.
Your work has improved.I am sure there is nothing too difficult for usto learn.

功课考语不错使你跟学生之间疏浚的桥梁
评谈话辞恳切，单刀直入；或心情饱读吹、或委婉警告……通过考语，老练尽可把祝贺、致意、护理、激励、真挚、信任之情化作甘甜的泉水，去滋补学生的心田，引起师生教与学的共识，达到教与学两者的融合与长入。
举例在节沐日或某学生生辰前，老练不错予以学生一些祝愿语：
●Merry Christmas!／Happy New Year!／Enjoy yourself in the coming holidays!／Happybirthday1／Many happy returns!
又如某个学生因为生病旷课功课完成得很恶运，老练成要说一些抚慰的话：
●Lingling,you have made a few mistakes in your work.I know that isbecause you were absent...I think it is only natural.Don't lose heart.I amready to help you.
再如某个学生因为老练不足格失去信心，老练成要说一些激励的话：
●Iam sorry to hear that you didn't pass the exam.I hope you are not toodisappointed.I want to cheer you up with the saying"Failure is the motherof success".I nope to see much improvement in your future studies.

功课考语体式要丰富多彩
功课考语不单是是对功课本人进行评价，也不错包括学习和生涯的各个方面，它的谈话体式更是丰富多彩，奥妙无穷，既不错是一个词或一个短语，也不错是一句话、一个段落或一则格言。举例：
A.一个词：
●Great!／Perfect!／Good!／Wonderful!／Correct!／Excellent!
B.短语：
●Well done!／Neat and tidy!
C.句型：
●That's OK!
●What a good job you have done!
●Now you can do better than before.
●Your handwriting is excellent!
●Keep it up.
●Your English will become better if you work harder.
D.段落：
●Although you have not been successful,you have done better thanever.Success belongs to the diligent learners.I am sure you will make more andmore progress if you keep on practising your spoken English.
E.格言：
●Practice makes perfect.
●Where there is a will,there is a way.
●Awillfulman willhave his way.
●Failure is the only highroad to success.
